2. Great characters were developed and established. And through great dialogue, their relationships to the central character were formed and expanded. We didn't start season one loving Wallace, Logan, and Weevil. We developed that affection over time. We didn't even meet Mac until the purity test episode. As long as the new characters are developed, we will grow to love them too. This brings us to where I think season 4 could have been better. Veronica wasn't as emotionally invested in the bombings as we needed her to be. I think this could have been done, if they had the time to develop Mattie's character more. I think the problem was that since the writers were trying to fan service so many OG characters that weren't important to the actual story, character development for the new people got sacrificed. So now the fans are not only mad that they didn't get more OGs, they dislike the new people because they don't care about them. I thought the character development they did show for the OGs was great.

Pero revisemos la película con más calma. ¿Cómo son los personajes femeninos? La nueva compañera de trabajo de Paz, a la que da vida Cristina Pedroche, es una 'influencer' a la que el jefe ficha como supuesta medida para conectar con un 'target' más joven. El personaje es la caricatura actualizada a los tiempos del selfi de la chica guapa, egocéntrica y sin demasiadas luces que además no establece con la protagonista otro tipo de relación que no sea la de rivalidad. La hermana (Toni Acosta) sería una 'loca de los gatos', una mujer que prefiere convivir con un felino que con un ser humano y es ridiculizada en el filme por ello. La mejor amiga (Cristina Castaño) no sale del gimnasio, está enganchada al móvil y responde al fantasma de la exnovia psicópata que acosa a su antigua pareja sin tan siquiera ser consciente de ello. También tenemos a la nueva novia (Bárbara Santa-Cruz) del ex (Diego Martín) de Paz, otro personaje al que solo se puede odiar como encarnación de la fémina controladora y hostil.
